How do I return an item?
Damage and Return Information
In order to get proper credit for your return, all returns MUST have
prior authorization. Please notify us within 14 days after delivery at email@example.com.
Be sure to include the reason for your return and photos if items are damaged. We will
email you the return address and issue a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA).
EXCEPTION: If this is a Christmas gift that needs to be returned, please notify us within 7 days after Christmas.
Returns must be shipped unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be properly taped and secured with packing tape. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns except damaged merchandise returns. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Damage During Shipping
If your order gets damaged during
shipping, we will send replacement of the damaged part. Just email us
at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos.
